Service SA

Roxby Council acts as a Rural Service Agent for Service SA and has been
operating as the local service centre for Transport SA transactions since 2007.
Transactions are processed by the Port Augusta branch of Service SA.

This service is available Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm, at the Roxby Council Office, Richardson Place.

Written Learner's and Boat Licence theory tests must commence before 4.00pm.

Out of Areas Concession Registered Vehicles

If you are living in Woomera, Roxby Downs or Andamooka and garaging a vehicle you may be entitled to claim an Out of Areas Concession for living in a remote area. This relates to most types of registered vehicles. The concession gives the applicant a 50% discount to the registation component of the fees applied to a registartion. The concession is only applied to an individual application for each vehicle.
